You can choose a different path.
This movie has been produced way too many times. Here you are embarking on a new journey after just passing your board exam and ready to change lives. You spend so much time trying to keep up with your documentation system and a full schedule, you don't realize its been months or even a year since your started your job and that mentoring you were promised is no where to be found.
Its all about you.
As much as I love getting my patients better, I am passionate about bettering those around me. My goal is to meet you where you are currently and help you take your career to the next level. Take a look at the blogs to see if my approach to our profession aligns with who you are as a clinician.
"Every time you take action, you cast a vote for the kind of person you want to be."
In my career, I have had the opportunity to mentor many different types of learning styles and levels of experienced clinicians ranging from new grads to sport/orthopedic residents to veteran PTs. My philosophy is that in order to excel, you must appreciate the process. Becoming a specialist or a fellow is more than just studying for a test or getting letters. If you respect the process of what it takes to become better, you will surprise yourself and will for sure be among a distinct group of practitioners that is admired within our profession. |

Learn manual therapy with a fellow
There's truly something special about seeing quick results with patient outcomes by simply approaching each treatment session as it's own unique puzzle. Have you found efficient ways of performing pre- and post- test ways of assessing if your techniques are effective or not? There is nothing worse than attending a continuing education course over the weekend with a booklet of techniques that you have no clue of how to integrate into your treatment sessions.
Here's your chance to learn from a fellowship trained clinician that is certified in manual and manipulative physical therapy. Here we sharpen your skills with these techniques and learn how to effectively add them to your daily toolbox.
